About Us

    Mission Statement: To advance the HR profession by fostering personal and professional development, ethical practices, and leadership opportunities while connecting HR professionals with valuable resources, legislative advocacy, and a vibrant community.

    Purpose Statement: Our Chapter provides a trusted platform for HR professionals to grow, lead, and collaborate. We focus on addressing current HR issues, promoting high standards, and building strong relationships within our field while supporting SHRM’s mission to shape the future of human resource management.

    Meetings: WNHRMA general meets the third Thursday of the month (except July and December) from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m at Platte Valley Companies Community Rooms at 2019 11th Ave., Scottsbluff, NE 69361 and via ZOOM.  Organizational meetings are held and then are followed by programs of interest to the group.

    Membership dues are $50 per year, which registers you as a member from January to December.
