On Thursday, October 15th, WNHRMA will be hosting Mike Henke for this special presentation titled “Give Peace A Chance”. Mike’s presentation has been approved for SHRM recertification credits. We will have an abbreviated business meeting prior to Mike’s presentation. Give Peace a Chance There is more diversity than ever, from the standard definition of the word to generational differences, to polarizing personalities! Hear how to create a Positive Workplace Environment and Teamwork in all situations, including solving conflict with others. There are many different views on current events, from the pandemic to politics to the police, but we all need to work together! Learn all the tools you need to keep the Peace! Learning Objectives: 1) How to be sensitive to people from all backgrounds and views 2) How to coach those with polarizing personalities 3) How to resolve conflict and keep the Peace! Mike Henke's passion for building strong teams led to the creation of Mike Henke Inc, and he works with organizations throughout the country in the areas of Leadership Training, Recruiting & Retention, and Positive Workplace Environment.
