About the Speaker:
Lily Amare is an attorney with Cline Williams, where she advises employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including policy development, reasonable accommodation, harassment and discrimination claims, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. She also represents employers in litigation and serves as an independent investigator for workplace complaints.
